minister_finalTo Whom It May Concern,

With well earned respect, I confidently recommend the SandG Associates of Mr.Sugath Gamage, project manager and Workers in the association, superintendent for future projects and other complex construction projects in Sri Lanka.

I had the good fortune of working with SandG Association ,my projects completed in December 2013.  It stands out as one of the most complex projects undertaken in my area. S and G Associates worked hard on every detail of the project and twenty four hours without considering the climatic conditions in the area. And they are very good at finishing buildings; Most of my buildings are well detailed and finished on time with its own Sri Lankan prerequisites

In order to construct a building with details such as coordination compound electrical, mechanical, and structural systems in engrossed spaces while creating heavenly infinites in my lands and then they are very good at reading building; detailed planning, implementation, and communication of those plans with all construction team members and building occupants was critical.  SandG Associates supported each other seamlessly, worked diligently, and communicated well together and with the team to successfully complete my projects.

The SandG Associates managed the process exceptionally very well and were always prepared to proactively identify options and solutions to challenges inevitably occurring in complex projects.  Manpower and material procurement were managed advantageously and as adjustments were required for my projects made those adjustments to enhance the flow of construction progress.

The success of any complex project depends in large measure on the team assembled and the team’s ability to communicate and work collaboratively and unselfishly towards the goal.  Sand G Associates was excellent and their contribution to the construction team commendable. Again, I highly recommend the SandG Associates of Mr. Sugath and would welcome their contribution to future construction works.
